Terms of Service

Bulk Bros Landscape Supply (“Bulk Bros”, “we”) is a broker. We take your order and collect payment; an independent local supply yard loads and delivers the material. We do not own the yards or the trucks. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering and pricing

Every price is computed for your specific order: a yard’s cost plus our markup, plus a delivery fee based on the driving distance to your address. A price shown from a ZIP code is an estimate; a price shown from a full street address is a binding quote for the quantity and address entered.

Payment: authorized, then charged

• At checkout we authorize (hold) the amount on your card. We do not charge it yet.
• We charge the card only when a yard confirms it can deliver your order.
• If no yard can deliver, the hold is released and you are charged nothing.
• If a yard delivers less than ordered, we charge only for what was delivered.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the serving yard. Material is dumped at an accessible spot you designate; you do not need to be present. You are responsible for ensuring the drop location is reachable and clear. We are not liable for damage caused by directing a truck onto soft ground, septic fields, or utilities.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel before a yard is dispatched at no cost. See our Delivery & Refund Policy for what happens after dispatch.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Material is a natural product; color, texture and moisture vary by batch and season.
