We collect only what an order needs, and we share it only with the parties who fulfil that order. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, phone, delivery address, and drop instructions.
• Payment — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
• Location — the address you enter, geocoded to price the delivery drive. We cache this to keep repeat quotes fast and consistent.

Who we share it with

• The supply yard serving your order receives your delivery address, contact number and drop instructions — the minimum needed to deliver.
• Our payment processor receives what it needs to authorize and charge your card.
• We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

What we do not do

We never put personal information in a page URL, and we never expose a yard’s identity or our pricing to the public web. Order lookups are by order number plus the email on the order.

Your choices

Ask us to access or delete your information any time by contacting us. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting, then remove the rest.
